"Napoleonville Middle School held an Engaging Families Night on November 17, 2008. Forty-two families attended along with five student helpers who gave schedules and NMS inkpens to attendees.
While in the classrooms, families did activities such as letters to their students, student glyphs, reading links, timelines, science experiments, and math hands-on activities. A fun time was held by all who attended.
On December 9, 2008, families attended our Book Fair in order to purchase books for themselves or as gifts. The Book Fair made over $800 that night!
As part of our Positive Behavioral Support program, students who had never received a minor infraction were taken on a fieldtrip to Baton Rouge to ice skate."
